A P R I L:16, 17, 18, - Menlo Park, CA. A high-quality fine art show along tree-lined Santa Cruz Ave. I’ll probably be back in my tasty spot in front of the Boulanger. 23, 24, 25, - Walnut Creek, CA. This large and wonderful show spreads all over downtown Walnut Creek. It is full of great crafts and truly excellent art work. A not-to-be-missed show. I hope to be near the Wells Fargo Bank, on Main St. - my usual spot. M A Y:8 - San Jose, CA. - Berryessa Art and Wine Festival. 10am -5pm. A wonderful art and craft festival with wine tasting, food booths, and entertainment. It’s at the Berryessa Community Center, 3050 Berryessa Rd. About a half mile off Hwy. 680, in the north east area of San Jose. J U N E:5 & 6 - "Art Fiesta," Sacramento, CA. - “Art Fiesta,” 10am - 5pm. Town & Country Shopping Center at Marconi and Fulton. This show is a Sacramento fine arts tradition (52nd year), and probably the best arts and crafts show in the Sacramento area. *** 19 - Sacramento, CA. - Sacramento Potters Group Show at the Garden. 10am - 4 pm. Lots of pottery (of course!) but also glass art, in our pleasant new location - the Shepard Garden and Arts Center, 3330 McKinley Blvd., Sacramento (in McKinley Park in east Sacramento). Look for me outside in the patio. *** J U L Y:24 - 25 Kings Beach, Lake Tahoe, CA. - The 15th Annual Fine Art and Sculpture event on Kings Beach State Park, right along the highway. A U G U S T :6, 7, & 8 Mammoth Lakes, CA. - This small, top-quality arts and crafts show is in the parking lot of Kittredge's Sports Shop, right on Hwy. 203 in Mammoth Lakes. Spectacular scenery, great art, and off-season motel rates. The fall show usually has more crafts than the spring show, but it’s every bit as enticing. Look for me on Main St. near the Wells Fargo Bank. *** O C T O B E R :15, 16 & 17 Menlo Park, CA. - Another great art show along tree-lined Santa Cruz Ave. New artists along with many of your favorites from the spring show. ? Who knows? I keep trying to find just the right December show. Galleries During the holiday season: I often have some of my pottery in the pottery gallery of a friend in Clarksburg along the Sacramento river. And sometimes in an art gallery run by another friend in Red Bluff, CA.
